First Method
First there is a simple trick that can work. If you've got a good connection you can try opening several videos at once in separate browser windows or browser tabs. Start all the videos and pause them, then allowing them to fully buffer. Then you watch the videos offline or in offline mode (see below about working offline). If this doesn't work you can try the methods below...
Other Method
These are not guarenteed to work for everyone (it depends on your ISP etc... and megavideo might change how things work to stop these methods).
Firstly clear your browsers cookies, next block all cookies coming from megavideo.com:
Go to: Tools > Options (in firefox)
Then click "Exceptions" and block "megavideo.com" & "www.megavideo.com" (without quotes)
New Methods Method-1
All you do is start the video playing then pause it and let it buffer all the way to the end. Then press standby on your modem (or unplug it if you don't have a standby button) and watch the movie off/line, then hit play.
(Instead of turning off/unplugging your modem, you can also try clicking File > Work Offline in your browser. But remember to change it back when you want to load another video.)
The obvious drawback is that you are offline but, you can do this all-day if you want to have a marathon Megavideo session without that annoying video limit.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Method 2
Unplug your modem from its power supply. The mailing address you have leased from your carrier will expire, as it will see that you are no longer online, and you therefore do not need an IP Address. Your IP Address currently being used will return to the pool of IPs available to use to your IP.
Clear your cookies. This takes care of the client side monitoring being done on your machine.
Wait 60 Seconds, then plug your modem back in. During the reinitialization of your modem, it will query your IP carrier for another IP Address from the pool of available ones, giving you a new IP Address.
Reconnect to Megavideo by closing your browser and accessing the material again. Your cookies will be cleared, and Megavideo will have no record of your new IP Address on their server log. Enjoy another hour of uninterrupted content.
(Method 2 won't work if you have a static IP)

Hopefully one or the other of these methods worked for some people until Mega Video realizes their stupidity and removes the limitations.
Post a reply if either method worked for you
Another Method
hough there are several popular video sites where you can watch videos for free, many of these sites place restrictions on you watching videos, one such restriction in place is by the popular video sharing network Megavideo.
Megavideo restricts users from watching videos for more than 72 minutes, this in itself does not make sense since if the video is 80 minutes long, you will have to spend an hour before you can watch the final 8 minutes of the video.

The problem can get worse when you are on a shared network, sharing a single IP address that is used by many users. In order to get over this issue there is a simple hack, however we assume that you have a fast internet connection and can wait for sometime before the full video actually downloads.
To get over the 72 minute limit enforced by Megavideo, follow the simple steps given below.
Step 1: Open the video page you want to watch on Megavideo and play the video, after a few seconds of playing, pause the video.
Pausing the video will ensure that the video will keep downloading to your local cache.
Step 2: Wait till the entire video has been downloaded to your cache, this may take some time, so wait till it reaches 100%.
Step 3: This is pretty simple, you can use a video cache viewer tool to extract the video from your browser cache and view it fully without the 72 minute restriction. Of course you will also need a FLV player to watch the video using this method, we have you covered there, take a look at the Free FLV player which should suffice your needs.
Another solution that will work for Megavideo 72 minutes limitation, is to download the entire video to your cache and then switch the browser to work in offline mode, this will ensure that Megavideo does not track your IP address while viewing the video.
The fact that this trick will work is because, videos cannot be played without them being downloaded to user’s local cache, these tricks will help you watch videos from Megavideo without any restrictions.
Have fun watching those movies without distractions or restrictions.
